Experience
Joined Elton in 1979. He has advised individuals and companies across a wide range of industries, both in litigation and in the development of their projects and businesses, acting as their outside general counsel.
He provides corporate counsel to several companies and advises their boards. He has taken part in mergers, acquisitions and sales of Chilean and multinational companies.
He has extensive experience in judicial and arbitration proceedings, particularly in commercial and inheritance matters.
