Experience
Joined Elton in 2004. He has taken part in financial restructurings across several industries and sits on company boards — some regulated by the Financial Market Commission (CMF) — chairing or serving on their corporate governance committees.
In court he has represented companies and individuals in civil, commercial, contractual and administrative litigation, before ministries, State agencies and the Comptroller General of the Republic.
