Experience
He has broad experience in the comprehensive structuring of businesses in Chile and abroad, incorporating economic and financial components into the legal architecture, both in the creation and in the reorganization of companies.
Between 1995 and 2004 he was general counsel of Parque Arauco S.A., where he led the company's IPO and international expansion. He was previously an associate at Edmundo Eluchans & Cía. (1991–1995).
