Experience
Partner at Elton since 2012; he previously practiced at Ibarra y Cía. His practice focuses on business law and acting as outside general counsel to Chilean and foreign companies, for their operations in Chile and their international expansion.
He leads legal due diligence in company acquisitions and sales and takes part in corporate restructurings. He has supported start-ups through their growth stages and guided foreign companies setting up in Chile before local regulators.
He is a director of several foreign companies in Chile.
